Stacey Jones

Legal Practitioner Director

Having held the positions of General Counsel, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer in one of Australia’s leading property investment groups, Stacey saw the opportunity for an independent legal practice to service not only that group, but the wider property market.  This led to the incorporation of Arena Law with Stacey holding the position of Legal Practitioner Director.  Prior to joining property investment management, Stacey spent significant time working exclusively in commercial property law with a highly regarded, specialist firm in Brisbane advising developers, international investors, shopping centre owners, property trusts, listed companies, Local Government bodies and high net worth individuals on major transactions, leasing, and complex titling structure.

Stacey is admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland, is entered on the High Court Register of Practitioners, holds a Bachelor of Laws from Bond University (Hons) a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law, a Principal Practicing Certificate with the Queensland Law Society and a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice.  Stacey holds Queensland, New South Wales, Northern Territory and Western Australian Real Estate Agent’s Licences and is a Responsible Manager on various Australian Financial Services Licences.


Sandra Hollingsworth

Special Counsel

Sandra is an experienced commercial property lawyer and is responsible for providing high quality professional advice to her clients. She joined the Arena Law team as Managing Associate and was promoted to Special Counsel in July 2021. Prior to joining Arena Law, Sandra gained national and international experience in Top Tier and premier national firms in both Australia and Ireland. Sandra has acted for State government, national and international landlords, developers, REITs and tenants.

While a property lawyers’ standard fare includes advising on a broad range of property matters from acquisitions, disposals, due diligence, development work to leasing, Sandra’s work with Arena Law is much more practical and hands on. In previous roles, Sandra focused on retail, industrial and commercial leasing and enjoyed working with some of Australia’s largest owners in shopping centres and office leasing.

Sandra prides herself on the ability to build and develop relationships with clients to deliver strong commercial and practical outcomes for her clients.

Sandra is admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland, High Court of Australia, Law Society of England & Wales and Law Society of Ireland. She holds a Bachelor of Civil Law from University College Dublin and a Diploma in Commercial Conveyancing from Law Society of Ireland.


Cameron Scott

Senior Counsel

Cameron is an experienced Senior Counsel with a demonstrated history of working across various practice areas of law, with a particular focus on property law. He takes great pride in providing high quality service and professional advice to his clients, and his clients appreciate his candid and straightforward approach to discussing and dealing with their matters.

During his time with Arena Law, Cameron has predominately acted on behalf of and provided various legal services to, one of Australia’s leading property investment companies. These services include preparing documents and assisting in various high value and complex acquisition, disposal and leasing matters.

Joining Arena Law as an Associate, Cameron was promoted to Senior Associate in mid 2018 and then to Senior Counsel in January 2021. He has previously worked as a general practitioner in Brisbane providing advice across a wide range of legal practice areas.

Cameron is admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland, is entered on the High Court Register of Practitioners and holds a Bachelor of Laws from Queensland University of Technology.


Chloe Bingley

Senior Associate

Chloe has been part of the Arena Law team since its inception. Prior to this, Chloe performed the role of in-house legal counsel with Sentinel Group Australia.

Chloe continues to refine her knowledge in property law and has become the resident “go to” for employment law and other “ad-hoc” areas of law. Together with Stacey, Chloe assisted the company to successfully navigate a path of unbelievable growth, allowing her to develop a raft of experience in property law across multiple Australian jurisdictions such as WA, NT, ACT and NSW.  Being the only 2 lawyers in such a transactional environment for a considerable time saw Chloe gain invaluable experience in finalising some incredibly complex and challenging transactions resulting in demonstrated abilities “well beyond her years.”

Chloe combines her warm, professional approach with her varied and extensive experience to produce time, cost and commercially effective outcomes for her clients.  Her broad exposure has seen Chloe develop into a truly well-rounded property professional who prides herself on quality outcomes for her clients.

Chloe holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the University of Queensland as well as a Graduate Certificate in Australian Migration Law and Practice from Griffith University. She is admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of Queensland and in the High Court of Australia.


Amanda Bosworth

Legal Administrator and Paralegal

Amanda has a background in business management and administration and is responsible for providing high quality administrative support and paralegal services to the team .

Prior to joining the team, Amanda owned and operated a Queensland State Master Franchise for 20 years. She also worked in an administration role within the industry.  Through these years of valuable experience Amanda learnt to prioritise the various demands placed on business owners. Her time management and business skills developed over those years, mean that she has an ingrained and deep understanding of a clients needs.

Amanda is meticulous in her approach and coupled with her time management and business skills has lead the team to increasing her responsibilities and assisting in training her in a paralegal role.


Amy Knox

Head of Corporate Services

Amy has a background in business operations and management.

Amy was an Operations Manager for a data and electrical install company, mainly working with Government Clients. After 10 years of service, Amy was looking for new challenges and an industry change. An opportunity arose for a Legal Administrator position, where she assisted in the establishment of Arena Law.

As the company grew and further opportunities became available, with her strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise, she moved into the Executive Assistant position for Arena Law's Practitioner Director, Stacey Jones and is now the Head of Corporate Services.
