Bathurst Chase is a neighbourhood shopping centre located within the Bathurst CBD in the Central Tablelands region of New South Wales, approximately 200 kilometres west of Sydney. Acquired in 2015 for $15.5 million, Arena Law provided ongoing legal support throughout the asset’s ownership, including leasing and property management matters. The centre was sold in 2023 for $17.5 million.
